Cambodia Northwest Provincial Road Improvement Project
NPRIP is an integral part of the Northwest Economic Corridor which is one of the eleven flagship programs of the 10 year Greater Mekong Sub-region Strategic Framework. The Northwest Provincial Road NR56 network stretches from Sisophon through National Road NR56 to Southwest of THAILAND.
The Project extends from the Cambodia at Sisophon in Banteay Meanchey province to the Cambodia at Samraong in Oddar Meanchey province. The Ministry of Public Work and Transport is the project executing agency (EA). The part of NR56 from Sisophon to Km 29 will be improved under ADB Loan. And the part
of NR56 from Km 29 to Samraong will be improved under EDCF Loan.
